Collingwood Fitzroy Kensington
"The review found the services cohealth delivers to communities across Melbourne with complex health and social needs are highly valued. It also identified the need for changes to cohealth’s governance, management and service delivery models to support long-term sustainability of the general practices."

While the report of the Review is yet to be released, its recommendations have resulted in the Federal Government:
˖ providing $1.5 million funding for up to 12 months to ensure the Collingwood, Fitzroy and Kensington clinics stay open,
˖ ordering the strengthening of cohealth senior management and board governance, and
˖ expecting a new integrated and sustainable general practice model of care be introduced.
The North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network will assist cohealth to implement these changes.
